PREMIUMPASS INTERNATIONAL(CEO Eung-soo Kim), a global specialized company in tourism and MICE integrated services, has signed a business agreement with QIMA Travel and Tourism, a subsidiary of AEROSPACE Jet Group, which pursues high-quality luxury tourism services, during the Jeddah International Travel and Tourism Exhibition(JTTX) held at the Saudi Arabia Jeddah Super Dome on January 30, 2024.

QIMA Travel and Tourism is a leading Saudi tourism company that provides high-quality tourism solutions including private, corporate, VIP and private jet services. It is currently headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is expanding into various tourism-related businesses with a branch in Riyadh.

Through this business agreement, the two companies will expand exchanges between the two countries following the recent diplomacy between the leaders of Korea and Saudi Arabia, attract tourists to Korea in accordance with Saudi open policy (liberalization of overseas travel for women, etc.), and provide safe tourism, wellness tourism, world heritage tourism, theme experience tourism, etc. We decided to cooperate closely with each other in developing and diversifying tourism content, including developing and planning tourism products tailored to new tourism trends and expanding global tourism centered on inactive areas.

Eung-soo Kim, CEO of PREMIUMPASS, emphasized that signing an MOU with Saudi Arabia's QIMA would be an opportunity which could present a great vision for the tourism industry between Korea and Saudi Arabia, including developing and planning various high-quality tourism contents and establishing innovative promotional and marketing strategies based on the database and infrastructure owned by both companies.

The ‘2024 Jeddah Travel and Tourism Exhibition(JTTX)’, hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization, was evaluated as having laid the foundation for a private-led public-private cooperation project between Korea and Saudi Arabia, as well as a foundation for innovative promotion and marketing changes and sustainable tourism industry development.
